Peter Allen, chairman of Abcam said: “Giles brings a wealth of experience within the life science sector, finance and a first-hand understanding of our academic research customers. He will make a valuable contribution to our board.”
Kerr added: “I have known and admired Abcam’s business for many years and am proud to be able to join the team. I look forward to working with the board as the company continues to execute on its strategy and build on its position as global leader.”
