Keronite and Darktrace lean on Bailey Fisher expertise
Bailey Fisher Executive Search has announced a trio of high profile appointments – two for clients and one for itself.
The company assisted Haverhill-based Keronite International Ltd in its search for a new COO which resulted in John Tilbrook taking the role.

Cambridge-based Darktrace turned to Bailey Fisher in its quest for a new Finance Director in the latter part of 2018. Rachel Elias-Jones took up the position after six years at Cambridge neighbour Bango.
The searches were led by Andrew Moore, Managing Director of Bailey Fisher.
Toby Young has returned to Bailey Fisher as Head of the Technology Practice, following 18 months in an operational role with a tech company.
Young led Bailey Fisher’s Technology practice from 2012 – 2017, building leadership teams for disruptive tech companies in Cambridge and the UK market, before joining CUBE, a growing fintech company, to support the business across their talent and partnership strategy.
