Mills & Reeve makes ARM’s first global legal panel
Cambridge-based national law firm Mills & Reeve has been appointed to the first ever legal panel created by ARM, the world-leading semiconductor IP company.
ARM is a FTSE 100 technology company based in Cambridge and is valued at £14 billion.
Its technology is deployed in 95 per cent of smart phones, 80 per cent of digital cameras and 35 per cent of all electronic devices worldwide.
ARM has just created its first ever panel of specialist legal practices, reducing the number of key law firms it uses to just 10.
Other firms on the panel include Slaughter & May, Bird & Bird, Mayer Brown, DLA Piper, Eversheds and Fieldfisher.
Ian Mather (pictured above), head of the Mills & Reeve Cambridge office said: “We are absolutely delighted to be appointed to the ARM panel alongside other prestigious firms.
“Our existing relationship with ARM stood us in good stead for understanding their needs and we look forward to building on our relationship going forward.”
