London property construction lawyer joins Howes Percival

Phillipa Hebbard of Howes Percival

Law firm, Howes Percival, has appointed specialist commercial property construction lawyer, Philippa Hebbard as director. She has joined Howes Percival from Linklaters in London.

Hebbard, who specialises in non-contentious construction matters, has spent the last 10 years working in London on developments in the city and across the UK. She brings a wealth of experience in advising on procurement routes, construction documentation and, the construction aspects of agreements for lease and development and funding agreements.

She has represented leading developers, funders and investors, owner-occupiers, landlords and tenants on landmark office developments, large scale mixed-use developments, retail and student accommodation schemes, hotel redevelopments and fit-out projects. 

Hebbard will operate across the firm’s offices in East Anglia and East Midlands to further enhance the firm’s existing property and construction offering, as well as assist in identifying new opportunities in the property development sector.

Howes Percival recently invested in two new offices in Cambridge and Milton Keynes to enable further growth and support clients across the Northern Home Counties.
