Valerie Warman has extensive experience in commercial property law. She joined Kimbells LLP in 2000, and has particularly focused on work for clients in the logistics and retail sectors.
Christopher Ainsworth trained with Kimbells, qualifying in 2000. He has since concentrated on advising clients in the brewing, pub company and licensed trade sector
Mark Marston joined Kimbells in 2005 from Denton Wilde Sapte. Mark is part of the specialist drinks and hospitality sector team, dealing with large scale disposals, acquisitions and estate management for hotels and pub companies.
Nathan Thomas became a member of Kimbells' dedicated employment team in July 2005 and works closely with companies to provide an in-house style of human resources legal support.
These promotions follow a period of recruitment at all levels across the practice, providing clients with a solid range of legal expertise and experience.
• Mark Archer has been appointed as a partner in the firm's corporate team. A former stockbroker, Mark has specialised in corporate law and acquisition finance since qualifying at Hewitsons. He moves from Shoosmiths.
