International lawyer joins Howes Percival

She will be based at the firm’s Norwich office.
An international lawyer who has qualified in the US and the UK, Liston has more than 20 years experience advising on strategic regulatory issues, contractual negotiations and commercial transactions in the UK and internationally.
Educated in Colorado, California, London and at Trinity Hall, Cambridge, she has extensive experience in the international communications and technology sectors.
Last September, Liston was appointed as a non-executive director of Ofcom. She also co-founded and chairs the Women in Telecoms and Technology Group (WiTT), co-chairs the International Bar Association Communications Committee and is a former board member of the European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA).
