Italian job for Featurespace
SKS365 Group, a multi-licensed international bookmaker and gaming operator headquartered in Rome and with offices across Europe, is using Cambridge technology to combat potential fraud.
The company has chosen the ARIC Fraud Hub from Featurespace to predict and identify fraudulent activity in real time while reducing friction for its more than 1.5 million registered customers in Europe.
A provider of one of the fastest-growing sports betting portals in Europe – planetwin365 – SKS365 wanted a solution that provided real-time alerts of suspicious deposits and withdrawals, customisable control of risk score thresholds and comprehensive fraud analysis, tracking and reporting.
Following a competitive evaluation process, SKS365 chose Featurespace for its adaptive behavioural analytics, which model normal customer behaviours and detect anomalies, optimising time and processes.
The technology also gives SKS365 full control over the editing and creation of new rules, as well as a sandbox staging environment to create and test rules before live deployment.
Featurespace CEO Martina King (pictured), said the ARIC Fraud Hub globally risk scores more than 50 billion transactions and account interactions for its clients – including leading banks, Betfair – the world’s largest online betting exchange – and William Hill, one of the world’s leading gambling companies and one of the largest bookmakers.
